Epsom Salt

Epsom salt is popular ingredient used to soak yourself in baths for treatment of minor aches and pains. It’s thought to soothe tired muscles and reduce swelling.  It contains magnesium and sulphates to help relax the muscles and soften the skin.   Epsom salt can provide relief for a variety of conditions. These include: skin irritation and inflammation, sore feet, sore muscles, sprains, stiff joints, stress and sunburn.
