Eucalyptus is very helpful when used for headaches, muscular aches and pains. It helps bring inflammation down assist for sore muscles, rheumatism, headaches and nervous exhaustion. It is analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-neuralgic, anti-rheumatic, and antispasmodic.

Geranium is soothing, antiseptic, antidepressant. It is a cooling oil and calms the mind, relax the body and ease frustration and irritability when unwell. Geranium helps balance mood and relieve stressful thinking. It is used to help in the treatment of bruises and poor circulation.
Rosemary is capable of increasing the flow of blood to the head; it can improve both concentration and memory. It helps to ease aching muscles and assist rheumatic muscles. Rosemary helps to relax muscles, it may relieve menstrual cramps. Inhaling rosemary oil lifts your spirits immediately. It can relieve muscle pains, sore muscles, rheumatism and even arthritis.
Vetiver has been used throughout in many different cultures for many different reasons from its healing abilities to ceremonies. In India and Sri Lanka it is known as the oil of tranquillity. In Ayurveda the root and essential oil are used for heatstroke, fevers, and headaches. Vetiver it used to strengthen the red blood cells and promotes oxygen throughout the body. Vetiver is often used to alleviate the symptoms of rheumatism, arthritis and muscular aches such as muscle pain, sprains, and joint and muscle stiffness.
Grapefruit has an uplifting effect on the mood and helps with stress and depression. Lemon its cousin is very similar to grapefruit.

Comfrey oil contains binding tannins and has certain anti-inflammatory properties. It will also help reconstruct any torn muscles that might have been injured.
